Naturopathy since 1890
Even back then the well-being of Anna Perwanger's guests was important to her. She had a barefoot morning trail set for her first guest, Dr. Alois Wacha from Vienna. Walking in the fresh, dewy grass is still practised today. Within 10 to 20 minutes the metabolism is stimulated and the body strengthened. Barefoot morning walks are also recommended for chronic catarrh in the nose and the upper respiratory tract. In the morning, barefoot walks are refreshing and in the evening, relaxing.
