At the Zirmerhof we place great importance on natural produce and a traditional production process. We value what is natural! The farm is the most important supplier for the kitchen and provides fresh meat, tender steaks, bacon, salted and smoked beef, home-made sausages, vegetables and herbs. All specialities are obvious temptations - for on site or to take home. This is tradition at the Zirmerhof. And has been for hundreds of years.
