My original recipe
Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients
100 g butter
6 eggs, separated
100 g sugar
100 g almonds, grated and not peeled
100 g chocolate, grated
3 rolls without the crust, soaked in milk
Butter for the tin
Preparation
1 Beat the butter until fluffy. Add the egg yolk and sugar and continue to beat.
2 Squeeze out out the rolls and add with the almonds and chocolate; then add the beaten egg whites.
3 Pour into a well-greased pudding basin, seal tightly and cook for about 45 minutes in a bain-marie.
